If the title in the Metadata differs from the title you use in 245, create a 246 3 for the Metadata title.

add jurisdiction if lacking, and substite AACR2 abbreviations for postal codes.

If 440 is present, change to 490 1
Copy content of 440 in 830, with same 2nd indicator (non-filing indicator)
If 490 0 is present, change to 490 1
Copy content of 490 0 in 830, with 2nd indicator as n on-filing indicator.
 
490 1_ - transcribed as on item
830 _n  English form (if there is one) in 830, and the French in 983; if there is no
established English form, the French form goes in 440 (or 490 1/830 if
traced form differs from the transcribed one.)  If both are on the
item transcribe both in 490 1, French first with "=" as parallel
titles; enter the English in 830, the French in 983.
Example:
